Hi,

You have to forward the corresponding ports in your router so that you can use your monitor equipment on WAN.

For example, you are using mobile clients, then, you have to forward the PDA port (the default port in our DVR and NVR software is 5101) in your router.

For details, please contact our tech. We can help you do the settings via teamviewer if the setup interfaces are in English.
