A core 2 duo 1.8 ghz CPU can run smoothly with 32 channel analog camera using two 4216hf cards, also the RAM for graphic card would be more than 256 MB, 512 is preferred. And if you want to record all 32 channels at full D1 resolution, RAID would be preferred, normal HDD can not deal with the big data, may cause frame loss. Of course if you wan to record only at CIF resolution, normal HDD is enough.
