I too am having issues getting the Netdvrviewer on my Android (HTC EVO)  The Android Market said that my device is not compatible with the software.  I am running Android version 2.3.  I tried using the link http://cqax.meibu.com/DownLoad/temporary/MobileClient.apk but it said it was forbidden.

There was some problem with our Server computer, so you can't download from the link.

We have just been back from our National Holiday, and our Server computer is OK and ready for download, please try again.
