For your problem, I think you should refer to your provider first.
And if you are working with our products, I have to say, the drivers for all our DVR Boards are contained in the software folder. NV Cards' drivers are seperated by card model and OS version and bit(32 / 64).  DG cards will never seperate by model/OS version, it just care the OS bit(32 / 64)
