Hi

I have a problem. I want to view my DVR Server via IE Client, but popup a window,it said that this programm have been blocked because of unknown publisher.
name: WebClient.cab
publisher: Unknown

I can't see any camera. What can I do then?

Hi
Please set your security of IE to middle-low level to access the ActiveX to install onto your computer, then connect to your DVR software again to view cameras.
If you have installed the ActiveX, get into the IE interface, but can not view any cameras, please download the WebClient.cab but not install, then upzip it and copy all the files into C:\WINDOWS\system32 and cover all old ones, then do not click mouse or keyboard but press DELETE key to delete all these files. Also, please close IE and delete all files located on C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files. Try to connect to your DVR again to re-install the ActiveX.
