Hi!
We have added a function to let customers to adjust FRAMERATE/RESOLUTION/IMAGE QUALITY for the SubStream from a PC based DVR software themselves. You just need to switch to substream then you can know the FRAMERATE/RESOLUTION/IMAGE QUALITY. As following,
For IP/DVS/EMDVR, our DG series hardware support to display these information on the screen, you can get these directly from the video. NV series do not support this function, anyway, we will consider this in our future develop plans.
