Hi there,
For this problem, old version may have such problem in Windows 7, especially 64 bit OS. But new version has solved this problem, please contact our sales, tell them your software version, and ask for new version software. |

the driver provide with software has problem even the new release version 5.68. when you try to reboot or shutdowm, the driver will cause BLD. disable the capture card device before reboot or shutdown is the way to workaround currently.tested under w7 64 bit and w7 posready. Pls confirm .
forgot to mention it is PCI-X interface capture card. thanks. |

Hi there,
Sorry but we didn't test with the PCI-X slots, also it is not suggested to use such slots for the cards. Please try to use PCI-E slots. |
