Error 1303 by MSI means the user you logged into the Windows has no permission to write information into "C:\Program Files (x86)\NVR Client\" directory. You have to modify the permission settings for this user by log in the Windows OS with "Administrator". Just right click on Drive C:--select Properties--select Security--Edit--modify the permission for the user here, make sure the user has full control to Drive C:, then install the software again.
