Analog / IP Hi,
I current have three NVR's with your software and cameras on them. They are a mix of IP and analog cameras. The issue that I have is that when the system reboots the analogs stay in place (good) but the IP cameras will randomly place themselves based on detection which is never in the same order that they were setup in. This moves the names on each of these cameras. How do we fix this? |

Hi,
Try to create a group of cameras and place each camera (analog or IP) in a specific window. Then, set the program to automatically connect to that group whenever it starts. To do this, go to Settings and select the group from "Software Start Auto Connect" |

Yeah, grdvr is right, you can use the Group Connection to fix a special camera into a special window. You can refer to this link for setting demo :
http://cqax.meibu.com/DownLoad/temporary/swf/Group_Displaying.swf But please tell us the hardware and software you are working with, I wonder if you are working with a hybrid DVR and our NVR Client software? We want to check your problem, to make sure it is not a bug, so we need your help to give us more details. Best Regards. |
