DG4216HF not Recognized
Hello,
I have DG4216HF Card. I intalled the Drivers - O.K.
I installed the DVR_Server(V6.67)Software - O.K.
but the Software Don't Recognize the Card, it showing grayed 64...
any Help Please??

  For your problem, please ask your provider to give you help. Or force them to contact us to give you supports. The problem would be a wrong driver installed, but anyway, we need to check.
