No Playback - V6.66 System>
64 Camera using 4 MT40XXHC Cards NetVision V6.66 Software Issue> >When in "Playback" mode the Timeline at the bottom of the screen indicates that video has been recorded. >Clicking on a Camera's Timeline shows the image captured at that time but only as a still image. >Pressing the "Play" Button does not Play the video. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This system has been in operation 3+ years. Recently a power outage from a lighting strike corrupted the PC's NetVision Software. The NetVision software was deleted and reinstalled. Everything seems to work EXCEPT Playback.. Can you suggest what could be the problem? Thank you in advance for your help resolving this issue. Val |
