Issue>
>When in "Playback" mode the Timeline at the bottom of the screen indicates that video has been recorded.

>Clicking on a Camera's Timeline shows the image captured at that time but only as a still image.

>Pressing the "Play" Button does not Play the video.

This system has been in operation 3+ years.  Recently a power outage from a lighting strike corrupted the PC's NetVision Software.  The NetVision software was deleted and reinstalled.  Everything seems to work EXCEPT Playback..

Can you suggest what could be the problem?
